Terms and Conditions
For an immaculate beauty experience for the clients, Rashi surmise having disciplined and transparent commitments. The important terms and conditions to be followed have been listed below to have a hassle-free journey in discovering your beautiful self.
- The prices quoted are non-negotiable.
- To book your date and slot, 50% of the total amount shall be deposited, which in case of any changes in the time/place agreed at the time of booking will be forfeited. Booking stands confirmed only after recieving 50% of the total booking amount.
- The balance 50% amount is to be paid at the time of the event.
- In Event Of cancellation, the advance deposited is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Liability in contract, tort or otherwise, including negligence (if any), howsoever arising out of or in connection with the services shall not in any manner exceed the amount of the fees paid by the client.
- The makeup slot confirmed at the time of booking can not be altered at a later stage.
- A buffer of 30 minutes for arrival at the studio or venue is allowed. Any delays beyond this will levy a charge of 30% of the booking amount or INR 30,000 per hour, whichever is higher.
- All business commitments are subject to the Force Majeure clause stating that the service deliverance party is allowed to terminate or suspend the contract in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control arising, making performance inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible.
- Booking stands confirmed after receiving 50% advance of the total fee, i.e. Booking Deposit.
- Booking Deposit is not refundable in case of any cancellation.
- In case of a nationwide/state wide lockdown, Date change is allowed subject to availability and prior confirmation from us.
- Due to the Covid 19 situation, we reserve the rights to cancel the booking if it is unsafe for us to travel to a location in our sole discretion. Only in this case, the entire booking deposit shall be refunded.
- Total Booking amount remains the same.
- Date change is valid till 6 months as per your event date at the same price post that revised pricing if any will be applicable.
Bookings Within Delhi NCR
- For venues outside of DLF Phase 5 Gurugram, cab charges to be reimbursed upon arrival.
Outstation Bookings
- Flight arrangements to be made for all airport operational cities within or outside India.
- Airport pick-up and transfers to be made by the client upon the team's arrival.
- Cab/ Transportation charges to be reimbursed upon arrival in the non-airport cities.
- A decent accommodation to be arranged for Rashi and the team comprising an assistant/intern and hairstylist along with all 3 meals provided in-room/buffet.
- The client is requested to provide enough space for the team to carry out their tasks appropriately.
Services
- A list of products to be used will be provided. In case of any allergies or medical sensitivity to certain ingredient/products must be pre-informed.
- The quoted price is inclusive of makeup, hair styling, lenses, eyelashes, and draping. However, any hair accessories or fresh flowers required need to be arranged by the client.
- The photographs taken during the entire makeup session will/can be used for promotional and advertisement purposes on social media accounts and otherwise.
- Nail painting, styling, spa, and related services are not included in the quoted price.
